Hi Joe,

Thanks for organizing this. I just want to make sure we handle our
community hangouts according to Apache guidelines. Since this is a
community meeting for an Apache project, let's make sure that everybody is
invited and allowed in, and that the notes are written up and shared
afterwards. If there are any potentially controversial "decisions", then we
should bring them up for a [VOTE] on the email list, rather than giving the
hangout participants the final say. Other decisions can be made by lazy
consensus, by posting the minutes with the proposed decisions on the
mailing list, where anybody is free to veto.
