Report two bugs about slave state and executor

Hi guys,

I''ve found two bugs on Mesos 0.25, and report them in JIRA.

MESOS-4297:

Slave nodes live in two different cluster at the same time, and it make
slave node re-detect master again and again.

MESOS-4299:

Spark on Mesos could not kill executor when the framework teardown. Is
there any ways to kill executor alone ?
