You're right, I forgot to make a 'CLI' subheading when I added the
CLI-related highlights. I added that now that on both branches.

The other items seem to be mostly editorial changes, as far as I can tell.
If you feel anything in particular is missing, maybe you could just send me
a list and we can make sure to have it included in the release blogpost and
the master CHANGELOG?
