Launching mvn compile in my local fork master compile fine and 4.0.x fails
with: Failed to execute goal org.apache.rat:apache-rat-plugin:0.8:check
(rat-verify) on project MetaModel: Too many unapproved licenses.
After the change the situation still the same.
Sorry if i made something wrong but i'm not used to this kind of things.
