Yea, to create the binary disto is currently a manual task which should be
automated so we can easily do this. Most of the time I think we're hit by
lazyness instead. See METAMODEL-144
The Maven artifacts is probably the preferred way to consume MetaModel, but we
should cater to the binary distro too.
