Added PojoDataContextFactory + minor tweaks from REST service PR.
These changes where all part of the PR (GitHub #120) that formed the
initial codebase for MetaModel Membrane (our new subproject :-)). They're
basically a few minor tweaks to the MM library codebase to make it prepared for
more DataContextFactory usage.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kaspersorensen/metamodel
core-changes-for-membrane
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
