Add support for UNION queries.
This issue includes:
- Adding a UnionClause to the query package. A union clause should contain two
or more queries that are to be unioned together.
- Implementing union with the built-in query engine.
- Adding UNION support for the JDBC module to pass it on as a native SQL query.
