FWIW, I believe Phoenix is also on the path to apache incubator status
(eventually). The current license is based on the common Salesforce open source
license (since it's a Salesforce project) but my understanding it it's pretty
similar to Apache. I'm sure they can clarify on the mailing list, but I believe
it's intended to be pretty generic & open.
