This one seems very much related to METAMODEL-22 which you also just posted. At 
least they both occur because of some issue with the type of data that is being 
pushed to the 'Birthdate' field.

Should we consider marking one of them as a duplicate of the other? Or maybe 
it's such a quick fix that we can even verify and fix them on a short term and 
then close the issues.
