I've taken the time to review this now. Sorry for being away from the project a bit the last while.
I am a little concerned about the lack of committer elections. As far as I can work out, we've never elected anybody. Is that right? I would actually put this as the number one issue to resolve before graduation. It is way more important than getting out releases. (Though getting out releases will probably help with our ability to attract contribution.) This thread isn't the place for it, but why don't we start a separate where we can discuss how to kickstart this recruitment effort. This is something we should've been doing a long time ago, so my bad for not catching it sooner. Sorry! For now though, could we add something like this to the report: "The project's focus in the short term will be in lowering the bar to contribution, working actively to attract new contributors, and recognising merit where it exists within the community." Something like that anyway. I will sign off on the report now, but please do add that if you agree with it.
