With METAMODEL-54 fixed we can now address a conceptual issue of using VARCHAR
as the "go to" text ColumnType of most MetaModel modules.
Let's have a generic STRING (or TEXT?) column type and use this in case of the
CSV module, the Excel module, the Fixed Width module etc. That would be more
representative of what we actually provide since VARCHAR leaks the types of
relational databases into all kinds of other modules.
