Actually this is half done. The CouchDB module internally uses a SchemaBuilder
now, but does not allow plugging in an external one. So I am going to mark this
story as resolved, but also create a new issue for being able to plug in a
SchemaBuilder for DataContexts such as CouchDB, MongoDB and others (which still
requires a slight extension of the SchemaBuilder framework I think).
