Thanks Henry for putting this together. I just signed off on the wiki page.

Although I have signed off on the report for this quarter, I do have some
feedback on the following:

Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:

While these are well intentioned goals, I do feel that the project is doing
well on the first and second points, and that the third point is not a
necessity for graduation. These goals need to be pursued even after the
project graduates in my opinion.

Given that, I do feel that the project has demonstrated good
self-governance and is ready to graduate. Unless I am missing something
here, I feel it is time to open a graduation discussion to see where we
stand in the broader community.
