Hi Otto, I don't use a custom inventory that I create, but I do run an EC2 build very frequently, most recently on Friday. That does use the small_cluster file.
1. It's used because the Ansible Vagrant provisioner doesn't add localhost (as it should) to the inventory, so [local] works around that. If you're running under Vagrant, you'll want to set it to 127.0.0.1 or omit it otherwise. 2. Are you sure? I used run_once and local_action to prevent that when I originally did it. Through multiple distributed deployments, I only saw one build being executed. I don't know what you mean by "set to become", Become is set to false because I didn't want to sudo to execute the build. -D...
