Ran up in full dev, kerberized, stopped metron, changed configs in Kafka
referencing PLAINTEXT/PLAINTEXT_SASL to SASL_PLAINTEXT (listeners and
security.inter.broker.protocol), and restarted kafka and metron. Ensured data
still ran through to ES successfully.
