Metron-988: UI for viewing alerts generated by Metron

The PR intends to implement a GUI for managing alerts.
- This was discussed in the community a while back the jira holds the
details. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-988
- The UI is standalone it connects to Elastic and fetches alerts for
viewing. Alerts can be generated using quick-dev or full-dev or any other means
- UI has E2E tests written using protractor, it tests the UI to a good
extent. GUI tests are not verified against quick-dev or full-dev. The e2e tests
mock's elastic tables so that we can assert for the right data in the UI.
However, GUI should work irrespective of changes to column names
- UI is not integrated with rest middleware yet I can do it if the
community feels it is a good approach.

- Indent space in search bar add 10 to 15 pixels of indent on the left and
right side of the textbox
- Take out trashcan for recent
- Change recent to 10 by default but store 25, Iâll do a design for how
that needs to look
- when the search box overflows, the save search button should be centered

1. Removed the filters from list page
