Yes, and needs to be done as an ongoing thing really. We have to keep on
top of our Node licenses. I note that recent version of angular cli actually
seem to generate licence and notice files for you, but not had chance to verify
their depth and correctness yet. This may make life easier in future, but for
now we're on older angular-cli, so have to use this method to keep on top of
things.---
