I think there is some confusion as to what exactly you mean here. You
never responded to @ottobackwards 's last
[comment](https://github.com/apache/metron/pull/831#issuecomment-351589022). I
think that comment indicates some clarification is needed.
I'm just looking for you to say "hey, this PR is how I want it and its
ready for review." Because hey, there is no better clarifier than code.
