The list seems to be missing Jim Baker (jimbaker)? See
http://home.apache.org/phonebook?podling=metron. Also, it looks like Bryan
Taylor never submitted an ICLA, and has no Apache ID. I don't think he can
be on the initial PMC list, in that case.
