Hi Nick/Jean-Frederic,

Please can you review and approve this month's podling report:

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/July2022

As mentioned, Riccardo Iaconelli is assisting with the preparation of the
Milagro MPC library release - specifically helping to update the readme to
ensure that all build and test instructions are correct and current, then
preparing for an update of the Milagro home page. Ideally, I'd like him to be
elected onto the PPMC so that he can perform future releases himself. Would
the above work he's doing be sufficient to have him elected? I seem to recall
a similar situation with myself - whilst not a direct contributor to the
codebase, I was involved in preparing releases before being elected to the
PPMC. If not, what else could he do to qualify?

Also, Nick, appreciate your comment on the previous report regarding the
potential blurring of the lines between Milagro and Qredo. This is something
we're acutely conscious of. Qredo is still determining its own open source
strategy and how it relates to and can benefit Milagro. Once we have a clearer
picture, I propose arranging a call with you both (and any other interested
members of the wider Milagro community) to discuss.

Regards,
John
