Yes.
I think this could lower the entry barrier for some of our
contributors and has a nice integration with PRs.
Many incubator project are using github issues ;-)
But if Apache
requires/prefers JIRA I'm sure we can adapt to that too (just need to
update the documentation).
Make sure the http://milagro.incubator.apache.org/users.html is updated
regularly, the http://milagro.incubator.apache.org/users.html for
example needs some care.
I guess a new user misses quick starts, examples etc.
These are all great ideas, I'll note them as items of work.
