Milagro has been incubating since 2015-12-21.

Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:
  1. Import the software.
  2. Sign up the developers.
  3. Audit the Intellectual Property.
All fairly meaningless until the Community is live at Apache.

Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be aware of?
n/a

How has the community developed since the last report?
Milagro is now in stage of establishing the developer community, that is why -
community decided to use a fast-track process for electing committers.
Instead of a full Vote, Milagro is in this fast-track process till 20th March
2016.
The community shows increasing activities. Committers are all more aware of
Apache approach, and all committers get a better grasp on how it is like to be
an ASF project (incubating).

Both companies MIRACL and NTT are now readying their first release into the
repositories.

Date of last release:
n/a
