Hi everybody! I thought it would be great to kick off the weekend with a discussion around Milagro's code contribution process and flow. We've had quite a bit of interest in the project at ApacheCon and hopefully that interest will translate in developers joining us and contributing code.
In order to be able to accept code we need a code contribution process and flow. That process could be as simple as using Git or GitHub flows using pull requests to manage code contributions or it could be as extensive the OpenStack flow (http://docs.openstack.org/infra/manual/developers.html). I believe we should also establish code quality guidelines etc. I know some of you have bootstrapped open source projects before. It would be great getting input and guidance on what has worked and what hasn't. At this stage any input is a step in the right direction to keep the momentum of the project going. Thanks in advance!
