Hello,

Please see below a proposed draft for the July report.
I have received write access to the wiki today, and will publish the report
tomorrow, as that is the deadline.

I have taken into account the recent conversations, however anyone should
feel free to add/edit and resubmit the draft here before publishing. Also I
expect to get more detailed updates on the work done on the Crypto library,
and if I do, I'll add them to the report.

Thanks,

Nikolai

Milagro

Distributed Cryptography; M-Pin protocol for Identity and Trust

Milagro has been incubating since 2015-12-21.

Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:

  1. Improve project communication
  2. Define clear commit guidelines
  3. Building the Milagro community – engaging developers and
cryptographers,
raising awareness and helping to secure future of internet.

Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?

How has the community developed since the last report?

The community hasn't developed since the last report, due to lack of
activity. Communication has picked up again so it's expected that the
project will gather more interest soon.

How has the project developed since the last report?

In past few months, Milagro community was focused on developing the
Milagro
  Crypto C Library.

How would you assess the podling's maturity?
Please feel free to add your own commentary.
