HI, I note you brought up some issue in your report. In general it’s up the the PPMC to do these tasks not your mentors, but you can ask them for help.
Open issues are: (1) List committer candidates with ICLA status, This is not an issue you would of been emailed when an ICLA was signed or when an account was created. You can look up accounts here. [1] You can also see who is a committer//PMC member here. [2] (2) Give access to the official repository for committers who already signed ICLA, Your roster is up to date [2] and it’s up to the committers/PMC member to give themselves access. [3] (3) List all the repositories that contain codes for this project, You just need to search GitHub, these have been set up for you. [4] (4) Analyze status of each repository, possibly including legal status (5) Edit and merge the code and push to the official repository. (6) Release That is up to the PPMC to do not the mentors. Lastly your current mentors are Nick Kew and Sterling Hughes, these are the people that should be helping you, if they are not then that needs to added that to that section of the report.
