I suggest that we create an installation wizard project (as a separate repo)
when it is run it guides a sys admin through menus of configuration options
depending on which type of milagro server that they want to install - DTA, Auth
server, secure storage server etc... Each type of server is pulled in as a
separate binary based on different repos so that each project can be worked on
by separate teams, can be written in different languages if needs be and we
won't end up with large code monoliths that are hard to work with.
