NEED HELP: Updating Export portion of the ASF website

Hi Jean-Frederic,

We need to update the export portion of the ASF website 
http://www.apache.org/licenses/exports/

I’ve updated the XML file here 
https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/infrastructure/site/trunk/content/licenses/exports/index.page/eccnmatrix.xml?view=log

However, it has not updated the website yet.

Am I doing something wrong? New XML below:
