There's some confusion in the detail, particularly the following two statements which appear to contradict each other: "Kirk Baird accepted as a new committer and he's now contributing to the Rust version of the Milagro Crypto Library" vs "When were the last committers or PPMC members elected? June 2019" Can we clarify? I prefer to see one or more actual name and date in reply to the "When were ..." question. -- Nick Kew
