At start opening once 24.000 concurrent connections (requires from 25 
seconds up ...), then looping every 10 seconds through all of them for 
the writes.

Btw.: I forgot to mention, that the clients are located on the same 
machine in a different VM, so that the server handles at all 48.000 Mina 
connections at the same time (50% writing, 50% reading) :)
