Hello guttikonda, 1) maybe the slf4j website was down when you tried but now it's up (anyway, we don't have control over it) please re-check http://www.slf4j.org/faq.html 2) mina depends on slf4j-api. Both at compile time and at runtime. There is no alternative. But note that slf4j is exactly meant to give you choice.
