I did a big wrapper on jPos before (~2years ago), and at that time it was BSD licensed. It was the 1.5.0 release, but please double-check. http://repository.ops4j.org/maven2/org/jpos/jpos/1.5.0/ Also, Alejandro Revilla who is running jPos is a very decent and great individual, so if MINA is interested to persue this protocol suite explicitly, one can talk to him and about a donation of some of the lower level stuff.
