I peeked into repository.a.o. and -- what artifact are we voting on? All of them?? I hope it's only https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachemina-007/org/apache/vysper/vysper-parent/0.5/vysper-parent-0.5-source-release.zip Also, some of the top level *.txt files are incomplete and out-of-date. Shouldn't we get this fixed? I'd say no for a Milestone, yes for a final, even a 0.5 final.
