Problem solved. It's a problem with the hashing in Maven 2.2.0 (works on earlier and later versions) where files will be uploaded twice due to a bug in HTTP auth. This causes the MD5/SHA1 hashing to be done twice. Anyways, I've deployed new files using Maven 2.2.1 (no source changes): Built from: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/mina/sandbox/vysper/branches/0.5/ Binaries: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachemina-019/ /niklas
