All, I managed to get hold of the implementation for a simple XML Decoder that we discussed on ML long ago.
Its not the most sophisticated one, but will give an idea of how to implement one :) I don't want to keep it local anymore, might loose it. Its in compilable form, but need to test it and add more documentation. It will take me a couple of days. Any objections if I check it in (2.0.3 branch) and continue to improve the same or go for a checkin once done? thanks ashish
