About output allignment in unix terminal

Hi,

I am using Apache Mina and implement my own shell . Similar to EchoshellFactory 
.
The display come in the form as below

Sssss
          Ddddd
                        Ddddss


Basically the column increments by one when the line changes . I want it to be 
in the same column as below

Sssss
Ddddd
Ddddss

How do I do it ?
