OpenSSH does not support sending signals to processes launched via ChannelExec
Currently how people work around this issue via the CLI is to use the -t option
to ssh and force a PTY allocation.
The ChannelExec class does not provide a mechanism to force a PTY allocation in
the doOpen method prior to the `exec` request being sent over the channel.
This request is to add such support analogous to the methods in ChannelShell
(Pull request with sample implementation to follow...)
