Jochen, there's no way we can help you with the amount of data you give us.
You need to give us something we can reproduce, just saying it does not work
will not help, especially when you're stuck with very basic and well tested
things.
Again, create a test case and attach it. I *suppose* you use a mina sshd
server because you're talking about the password authenticator. So you need to
provide a test with the code that creates the client and server, showing where
the problem is, so that we can look at it.
