The permissions field of the file / folder attribute has slightly different
meaning for SFTP [version
3|https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-02#ref-1] vs. [version
4|https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-04#page-11] and
[above|https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-13#page-18]. When
parsing the version 3 permissions, we should initialize the _type_ field with
the matching version 4+ values.
