This is explicited on http://mina.apache.org/mina-project/developer-guide.html, but this page is specific to the MINA sub-project. We have such a page for FtpServer (http://mina.apache.org/ftpserver-project/releasing.html), we might want to add a tuned version of this page in SSHD. Let me know if you think it's a valid idea.
