The current code provide many useful features and relatively good per-method
documentation but no comprehensive manual as to how what these features are and
how they can be used so users can be aware of the full potential of the code.
We should provide a concentrated location listing the major available feature
accompanied by code snippets demonstrating how these features can/should be
used.
