Fix Version/s: 1.4.0
Not a bug:
- IDLE_TIMEOUT controls session activity - packets received and sent.
- NIO2_READ_TIMEOUT controls any single packet timeout.
Furthermore:
- Recommend enabling heartbeat (see ClientFactoryManager#HEARTBEAT_INTERVAL) so
that IDLE_TIMEOUT will not be triggered
