{{wakeup()}} actually doesn't mitigate the next {{select()}} at all; looking at
the code in {{NioProcessor#select(timeout)}} the {{wakeupCalled}} isn't even
referenced at all. I did force an {{wakeup()}} inside of the {{isDisposing()}}
block at the end of the loop to mitigate the next {{select()}} in the event I
was misunderstanding it. If you were to mitigate the next {{select()}} then
you would have to call {{selectNow()}} instead. It has to be called, one way
or another. Would be pretty simple to add {{wakeupCalled}} then
{{selectNow()}} else {{select()}}.
