Thanks for looking at this so quickly; I did see a difference between the pcap
files for the failure, the one I attached is from "marked" packets and doesn't
display like the full pcap, where `SERVER_HELLO` is shown. I'll attach the full
pcap so you can see what I mean, maybe you can make sense of it.
