I use a link checker, then I fix it manually. There are 1423 links, out of which 161 were broken when I started cleaning them up. I'm down to 87, but many are false positive (I'm running the tool on the staging site, which means links to Javadoc/xref are absent).
Should be done in a couple of hours.
