sorry for those following the commits@mina.a.o, I'm been quite active
those last days.
I have resurrected all the older MINA release with their associated
javadoc, and updated the web site with them
(http://mina.apache.org/mina-project/downloads_old.html).
I also wrote a blurb about the Apache MINA 2.1.0 vs MINA 2.0.x, on
http://mina.apache.org/mina-project/2.1-vs-2.0.html.
I have checked the web site, I don't think there are too many broken
links. Feel free to tell us about any you would find.
