Opps, sorry, my bad, I figured, that this class doesn't exist on SSHD version
2.0.0 that is used on stable-2.16 branch, but was only added in this CL, that
was released in SSHD 2.2.0 and 2.30. There is a pending change for review to
bump SSHD version to 2.30 on gerrit master (that still needs to be reviewed and
approved): [1], so that its's probably a good idea, to move that change that
replaced {{DefaultUnknownChannelReferenceHandler }} with
{{ChannelIdTrackingUnknownChannelReferenceHandler}} also to master, on top of
the upgrade change.
[~lgoldstein] This this unrelated to this issue, but could you please take a
look at the SSHD upgrade change in gerrit: [2], if you could see any
improvements? Thanks again!
