This extension has been specified by [https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8308].
Part of the work has been done by you some months ago [~lgoldstein]. But this
was only ground work, as none of the extension has been implemented yet.
My goal is to provide a working implementation on both client and server side.
Unfortunately, interoperability will be difficult to test as I'm not aware of
any free to use client or server implementing this extension yet. At least
OpenSSH does not support it yet afaik.
