Since this commit (commit 0e8fbf9558611197da2f3d7c15cfb6d072868e63), I have an
issue on Karaf where client doesn't quit as before (I have to type a key).
I tried reverting commit 0e8fbf9558611197da2f3d7c15cfb6d072868e63 and it works
just fine. So, somehow, this commit introduce a regression on Karaf sshd.
