Yes - and even that is limited and has some issues. As a rule-of-thumb we do
not enter this minefield since it turns out that there is no real standard as
to what a PTY type actually means and ow it should behave - including
{{xterm}}. I have tried to implement it once, and almost every time I connected
to a different host something else broke down. If you have a specific need,
with a specific host, I believe you can make it work - but be prepared to
invest a +lot+ of time and encounter many failures.
If you do go down this avenue and succeed - please consider publishing a PR and
contributing to the community.
