Sorry for jumping in.
I am the maintainer of QuickFIX/J (which uses MINA for communication) and
noticed that one test that restarts a socket acceptor is sometimes failing with
the same BindException. AFAICT only on MacOS but that might be coincidence.
So yes, maybe this is a MINA problem.
